Monastrell wines from Jumilla generally present aromas of ripe black fruit, spicy and earthy notes.

Characteristics of our Earth.
The climate, despite the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, has clearly continental characteristics: semi-arid, with barely 300 l/m² of average annual precipitation, distributed irregularly. Maximum temperatures in summer that sometimes exceed 40 degrees and cold in winter, when negative minimum temperatures can be recorded that sometimes reach -10 degrees. This thermal amplitude is very favorable for the correct ripening of the grapes and a very high luminosity with 3,000 hours of sun per year, which gives our wines a unique character.
Our varieties.
Monastrell is the variety that has best adapted to the climatic and orographic conditions of the region. Powerful tannin, intense character and medium acidity. Sensual, warm and complex, with a silky touch. Attractive and seductive. Garnacha Tintorera, its greatest particularity is the color of its pulp, a dark tone, just like its peel, which gives its wines an intensity of color that makes them very attractive.
Sauvignon Blanc is characterized by producing very energetic and aromatic wines, with tropical fruits and white flowers, with high acidity and medium alcohol.
